How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
People who contact Triedjump Garage Doors should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen for you, please tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to write to us about:
- How Triedjump Garage Doors handled your call or message
- How your personal information was treated
- Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If a Provider Let You Down
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices and handles its own workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider directly. Keep your notes in writing.
Please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Triedjump Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions on a provider's behalf.
Filing Your Complaint
Email contact@triedjump.beer and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you reached us or the provider
- The phone number or form you used, if you know it
- The provider's name, if you have it
- What happened and how you would like it resolved
Our Next Steps
We will confirm by email that we got your message, usually within a few business days. We will then review the matter, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will send you what we found and any action we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for a second review. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
